The patent pending ConveyGuard Sensor can be installed on any standard pneumatic conveying elbow or line. When the conveying line has worn through the sensor will trip. The sensor can be wired as normally open or normally closed, easily integrating into existing automation systems, alert lighting, audible alarms etc.

Once the system has been shut down, remove the sensor, replace the elbow and reinstall the ConveyGuard sensor on the elbow or conveying line.
